Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. Please make sure to follow the tracking information regularly. Tillo Studio cannot be held accountable for missed deliveries.

Delivery Times

Delivery date = processing time + shipping time

Delivery Time Guarantee
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and selected products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we will state clearly on the product page the associated delivery date. It's important to note that a late delivery does not void the order. If a guaranteed delivery date is surpassed due to the carrier, we are pleased to offer a refund for the shipping costs or provide you with a partial refund. Specific refund amount is at our own discretion.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Failed Deliveries

In the event that a delivery attempt is made but the package is unable to be delivered due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect address information provided, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment, however, additional shipping fees may apply.
